Well, the sewer, furnace, hot water heater, and lots of other small things are getting an overhaul. Sewer lateral is Orangeburg (basically cardboard) and needs to be replaced. The furnace was installed in 1959. Anyway... We will probably close in December, and move in sometime in January!
[back]The offer we made on the house was accepted. Now all we have to do is wait for RIEG to do thier inspection.
[back]Started to update my "Pages of Stuff". I decided to make the website almost completely database driven... it will make thing very simple. I also swiched domains to adamziegler.net. Expect to see the result in about 1 month....
Other than that, I had umbilical hernia repair last Friday. I wake up feeling pretty good in the morning, but then I usually sneeze or cough, causing things to ache up again. Also, it seems that doctors have gotten away from using external stitches when they don't have to. The use some glue and fiber strips... turns out I am slightly allergic to the glue.
[back]Yeah, so that house we made an offer on awhile ago in August... the owners now want to sell it to us! We are goign to go through it again, and probably make the offer tongiht.
