Got home from our Maine vacation today. We all left last Thursday to witness Michael and Kate's Marriage Sacrament. The plane trip with two kids went without a hitch. ehhh... tired... will work on this a bit more after some rest!
[back]So the foundry work is going good... managed to do a couple sand castings of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The second casting turned out nice. I have also become a bit more efficient at melting down scrap into ingots. Takes me about 10-12 minutes to melt and pour 3 lbs of Aluminum. To bad I destroyed the lid last weekend trying to fire some pottery. (I was going to use the pottery as a crucible!)
Working on a website for a local radio station KTJT 102.7. Just waiting for some content to put up.
We are getting ready to leave for a vacation to Maine tomorrow... looking forward to getting away for awhile. Should be interesting to see how the kids like zee plane - zee plane!
